Keep in mind, there are also paid courses (and their associated forums) on the site as well.

Are the forums Free to use?

Yes, once you register an account on Learn Build5Nines, you get access to the forums immediately, and are available for your participation. Keep in mind there are some private forums only available to those enrolled in the course(s) they relate to.
